- Phone number — provided when you request a callback or register
- Email address — provided when you register an account or submit an enquiry
- Event details — event type, date, guest count, and requirements you provide
- City / Location — optionally provided during registration
- Usage data — basic page visit analytics via cookies (see Section 6)
- Device information — browser type and IP address, collected automatically by our hosting provider (Cloudflare)
We do not collect:
Payment card details (we have no online payment system), government ID, sensitive personal data, or data from children under 13. Our website is intended for adults only.
We use your data solely for the following purposes:
- Responding to enquiries — to call or email you about your catering requirements
- Account management — to create and manage your profile on our website
- Service improvement — to understand which services are most popular
- Email verification — to confirm your email address when you register
- Legal compliance — to maintain records as required by applicable Indian law
We will never: sell your data, send unsolicited marketing emails, share your phone number with third parties, or use your data for automated profiling or advertising.
- Database — Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest
- Passwords — stored using bcrypt hashing via Supabase Auth. We never store passwords in plain text
- Transmission — all data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS) via Cloudflare
- Access control — row-level security (RLS) policies ensure users can only access their own data
- Admin access — the admin panel is password-protected and accessible only to BCS Catering staff
Data retention: Enquiry records are retained for up to 2 years for business records. Account data is retained until you request deletion. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 5).
- Right to access — view your profile and enquiry history by logging into your account
- Right to correction — update your name, phone, and city from your account dashboard
- Right to deletion — email us to request deletion of your account and all associated data. We will process this within 7 business days
- Right to portability — upon request, we can provide your data in a readable format (CSV/PDF)
- Right to withdraw consent — you may stop using the site at any time

- Session cookie (Supabase Auth) — stores your login session. Expires on logout or after 7 days
- Consent cookie (bcs_cookie_ok) — remembers that you acknowledged this cookie notice
- Cloudflare cookies — our hosting provider sets performance and security cookies. These are functional and cannot be disabled without affecting site security
We do not use advertising cookies, Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or any behavioural tracking tools. You can clear cookies at any time from your browser settings.

- Make.com — automation webhook that sends email notifications to our staff when an enquiry is received. Your name, phone, and event details are included
We do not use any advertising networks or social media tracking integrations.
By using the BCS Catering Service website, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
These terms govern your use of our website only. They do not constitute a catering contract — all catering bookings are confirmed separately through direct communication with BCS Catering Service staff.
You may use this website to browse our services, submit genuine catering enquiries, and manage your account. You may not:
- Submit false or spam enquiries including fake names, phone numbers, or fabricated event details
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Scrape or reproduce our menu content, images, or website code without permission
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or submit forms on this website
- Impersonate BCS Catering Service or its staff
Account termination: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete accounts that violate these terms, submit spam enquiries, or are found to be fraudulent — without prior notice.

- Menu items, prices, and availability shown are for reference only and subject to change
- Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking — bookings are confirmed only through direct communication with our staff

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India.
We may update this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email.
